History
The Carrington Hotel is the jewel in Katoomba's crown.
The hotel opened in 1883, and has undergone constant renovations ever since.
Acclaimed gardener Paul Sorrenson played a large part in creating the existing gardens in the early 1900's.

Respecting history, maintaining for the present, and planning for the future.
